Conservation Travel
At 16, I was carefully moving sea turtle eggs from the dangerous beach to an egg safe haven in Costa Rica. Since then, I’ve been chasing a lifelong passion for conservation, discovering just how deeply people and the environment are connected.
With a degree in Biological Sciences, specializing in conservation and ecology, my work has taken me across the globe, where I’ve seen firsthand that saving wildlife starts with understanding people. From helping manage wildlife conflict to collaborating with coexistence programs, I’ve learned that conservation isn’t just about protecting species; it’s about meeting human needs, strengthening communities, and weaving ecosystems and livelihoods together.
Through these experiences, I’ve come to believe that meaningful, lasting conservation grows from the ground up by empowering people and nurturing the places they call home.
I hope these journeys spark your path towards making a difference in conservation!
